RiftSeeker 1.7.1 Is Radiance Ready, and the Scanner Comes to iPhone
Written by RiftSeeker Team
RiftSeeker 1.7.1 gets the app ready for Radiance, which comes out on 23 October: the deck builder follows the new rules, the card catalog has the new set, and the scanner now works on iPhone too.
Radiance in the deck builder
- Neutral cards, the ones without a domain such as Neeko, Blending In, fit any deck: they show up in every Legend's card search and the legality check accepts them.
- With Neeko, Blending In in the main deck or the sideboard, an Additional legends section opens under your Legend: up to 3, of any domain, with names different from each other and from your Legend, outside the 40 cards and the sideboard.
- The additional Legends travel with the deck: in the deck code, the text list, the share links and the registration sheet PDF.
- The legality check also enforces the limit of 3 Signature cards in the main deck. Until 23 October it adds a note that Radiance cards are not yet legal in Standard, and the note goes away on its own on release day.
Radiance cards in your collection
The Radiance cards are in the catalog, so you can scan them as you open your first packs at the Pre-Rift and add them to your collection. Over a hundred cards with a wrong or missing domain, type or tags have been fixed too.
The scanner on iPhone
The card scanner is now on in the iPhone beta: point the camera at a card and the app recognizes it, promos included, as on Android.
Also new
- The counters above the deck are four colored chips: Main, Rune, Battlefield and Side.
- Leave the scanner with cards you have not saved and the app asks whether to keep them.
RiftSeeker 1.7.1 is on Google Play, and the same version is in the iPhone beta on TestFlight.
