Delete your RiftSeeker account

You can permanently delete your RiftSeeker account and all the data linked to it at any time. There are two ways.

1. In the app (immediate)

  1. Open RiftSeeker and sign in.
  2. Go to the Profile tab → Account.
  3. Scroll down and tap Delete account, then confirm with Delete permanently.

The deletion is executed on our servers immediately and cannot be undone. When it completes the app signs you out and wipes its local data.

2. By email (if you can no longer open the app)

Send an email to admin@riftseeker.lol with the subject "RiftSeeker account deletion", from the email address linked to your account, and include:

Do not send your password: we never ask for it and we do not need it. If the request does not come from the account's email address we will reply asking you to confirm from that address, so that nobody can delete an account that is not theirs.

Email requests are processed within 30 days (usually much sooner) and you receive a confirmation when done.

What is deleted

Everything linked to your account: profile (nickname, friend code, referral code, settings), sign-in identity and email, card collection, decks, card lists, match history, trades and trade proposals, chat messages, friendships and friend requests, block list, notifications, Radar position, push-notification token, referral data and Premium purchase records.

Feedback you left for other users and reports may be kept in anonymised form, with no link to you, because other users' history depends on them. Server backups are rotated within 30 days. See the Privacy Policy for details.

Premium subscription

Deleting your account does not cancel an active Google Play subscription. Cancel it from Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions before or after deleting the account, otherwise it keeps renewing.

Deleting only some data

You do not have to delete the whole account to remove data: in the app you can delete individual cards, decks, lists, matches and messages, use Reset collection or Reset account (which keeps your login and nickname) from Profile → Account, unlink a sign-in provider, or revoke the location permission. For data-access or portability requests write to the same email address.

Puoi cancellare definitivamente il tuo account RiftSeeker e tutti i dati collegati in qualsiasi momento, in due modi.

1. Dall'app (immediato)

  1. Apri RiftSeeker ed effettua l'accesso.
  2. Vai nella scheda Profilo → Account.
  3. Scorri in basso e tocca Elimina account, poi conferma con Elimina definitivamente.

La cancellazione viene eseguita subito sui nostri server ed è irreversibile. Al termine l'app effettua il logout e cancella i dati locali.

2. Via email (se non riesci più ad aprire l'app)

Invia un'email a admin@riftseeker.lol con oggetto "Cancellazione account RiftSeeker", dall'indirizzo email collegato al tuo account, indicando:

Non inviare la password: non la chiediamo mai e non ci serve. Se la richiesta non arriva dall'email dell'account ti risponderemo chiedendo una conferma da quell'indirizzo, così nessuno può far cancellare un account non suo.

Le richieste via email vengono evase entro 30 giorni (di solito molto prima) e ricevi una conferma a operazione conclusa.

Cosa viene eliminato

Tutto ciò che è collegato all'account: profilo (nickname, friend code, codice referral, impostazioni), identità di accesso ed email, collezione, mazzi, liste, storico partite, scambi e proposte di scambio, messaggi di chat, amicizie e richieste, lista dei bloccati, notifiche, posizione Radar, token per le notifiche push, dati referral e record di acquisto Premium.

I feedback lasciati ad altri utenti e le segnalazioni possono restare in forma anonima, senza alcun collegamento a te, perché lo storico degli altri utenti dipende da essi. I backup del server vengono ruotati entro 30 giorni. Dettagli nell'Informativa sulla privacy.

Abbonamento Premium

La cancellazione dell'account non annulla un abbonamento Google Play attivo. Annullalo da Google Play → Pagamenti e abbonamenti → Abbonamenti prima o dopo aver eliminato l'account, altrimenti continuerà a rinnovarsi.

Eliminare solo alcuni dati

Non serve cancellare tutto l'account per rimuovere dei dati: nell'app puoi eliminare singole carte, mazzi, liste, partite e messaggi, usare Reset collezione o Reset account (che mantiene login e nickname) da Profilo → Account, scollegare un provider di accesso o revocare il permesso di localizzazione. Per richieste di accesso o portabilità scrivi allo stesso indirizzo email.
