These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the RiftSeeker mobile application, the website riftseeker.lol and the RiftSeeker Discord bot (together, the "Service"), operated by Giovanni Malfa ("Dreidor", "we"), an individual developer based in Italy — admin@riftseeker.lol.

By creating an account or using the Service you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. A fan project

RiftSeeker is an unofficial, fan-made companion tool for the Riftbound trading card game.

RiftSeeker isn't endorsed by Riot Games and doesn't reflect the views or opinions of Riot Games or anyone officially involved in producing or managing Riot Games properties. Riot Games, and all associated properties are trademarks or registered trademarks of Riot Games, Inc.

The Service is provided under Riot Games' "Legal Jibber Jabber" policy. Card names, artwork and game data belong to their respective owners. Card prices are indicative, come from third-party marketplaces and may be wrong or outdated.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. RiftSeeker is published on Google Play for an adult audience: it includes chat with other players, a Radar that shares your approximate position with nearby users and advertising, so it is not meant for minors. If we learn that an account belongs to a minor we delete it. One account per person; you are responsible for everything that happens under your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials safe.

3. Your account

• Give accurate information and keep your email reachable: we use it for security notices and to verify deletion requests.
• Nicknames must not impersonate other people, brands or Riot Games, and must not be offensive. We may change or reset a nickname that breaks these rules.
• You can delete your account at any time from Profile → Account → Delete account. Deletion is immediate and irreversible.

4. Your content

You keep the rights to what you create in the Service (collection data, decks, lists, messages, announcements, trade notes, feedback). You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, display and transmit that content only to operate the Service as you configured it — for example, showing your public trade list to nearby players or delivering your message to its recipient. The licence ends when the content is deleted, except for copies kept in backups for up to 30 days and for feedback or reports kept in anonymised form.

You are responsible for your content. Do not post anything you have no right to share.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• harass, threaten, insult or discriminate against anyone, or post hateful, sexual or violent content;
• scam other players: misrepresent cards or their condition, fail to deliver what you agreed, or ask for payment outside the agreed exchange;
• impersonate another person, a store, a tournament organiser or Riot Games;
• send spam, unsolicited advertising or repeated unwanted friend requests, pings or messages, or contact someone who has blocked you through another account;
• share other people's personal data without permission (including where they are or where you met them);
• use the Service for anything illegal, for gambling or for selling counterfeit cards;
• scrape, crawl or bulk-download the Service, use bots or unofficial clients, probe or bypass security or rate limits, or interfere with other users' sessions;
• abuse the referral programme (fake accounts, self-referrals) or the reputation system (fake trades, coordinated feedback).

6. Radar and meeting in person

The Radar shows you other players nearby, with an approximate distance only. Meeting someone you found through the Service is your decision and at your own risk. Meet in public places, check cards before handing anything over, never pay in advance and use Report or Block if something feels wrong. We are not a party to any trade, sale or meeting between users and we cannot verify who they are.

7. Trades, feedback and reputation

The trade log and feedback system are tools between users. We do not guarantee any trade, hold funds or mediate disputes. Feedback must be honest and about the trade it refers to; the reliability score is computed automatically from feedback and reports and may change. Cancelled or disputed trades can be flagged to us through Report.

8. Moderation and enforcement

Users can report content and other users. We review reports and may, at our discretion and without prior notice: remove or hide content, reset a nickname, restrict features (for example the Radar or chat), suspend an account temporarily, or terminate an account and refuse new registrations, in particular for scams, harassment, impersonation or repeated violations. Where we can, we tell you why; you can appeal by email within 30 days. We may also preserve and disclose data when required by law or to protect users' safety.

9. Premium subscription

• Premium is an auto-renewing subscription sold through Google Play (monthly or yearly). The price is shown in the App before purchase in your local currency; taxes may apply.
• Your Google Play account is charged at confirmation of purchase and again at the start of each renewal period until you cancel. Cancel at any time from Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. Deleting your RiftSeeker account does not cancel the subscription.
• Refunds are handled by Google Play under its policies; where you have a statutory right of withdrawal, it applies as provided by law.
• Premium features may change over time; if we remove a feature you paid for, you may be entitled to a proportional refund.
• Referral rewards (free Premium weeks) are a discretionary bonus, capped, and can be withdrawn in case of abuse.

10. Advertising

The free tier shows ads served by Google AdMob. In the EEA, UK and Switzerland ads are shown only after you make a choice in the consent dialog, which you can change from Settings → Ad privacy options.

11. Intellectual property

The RiftSeeker software, name, logo and design are ours. Riftbound, League of Legends and related names and artwork are property of Riot Games, Inc.; card data and prices come from third-party sources and remain theirs. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer or redistribute the Service except as permitted by law.

12. Availability, warranty and liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", free of charge for its basic features, by a single developer. We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or that card data and prices are accurate, and we may change or discontinue features at any time.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of data, or losses arising from trades, meetings or interactions between users. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for wilful misconduct or gross negligence, or excludes rights that consumers have under mandatory law (including the Italian Consumer Code).

13. Termination

You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We can suspend or terminate accounts under section 8, or discontinue the Service with reasonable notice. Sections 4 (licence for retained copies), 11, 12 and 14 survive termination.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by Italian law. If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you also enjoy the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence, and disputes can be brought before the courts of your place of residence or domicile (in Italy, as provided by the Consumer Code). For all other cases the courts of Italy have jurisdiction. You may also use the EU online dispute resolution platform where available.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The current version is always at riftseeker.lol/terms. For material changes we will notify you in the App; continuing to use the Service after the change means you accept the new Terms.

Questi Termini di servizio ("Termini") regolano l'uso dell'app RiftSeeker, del sito riftseeker.lol e del bot Discord di RiftSeeker (insieme, il "Servizio"), gestiti da Giovanni Malfa ("Dreidor", "noi"), sviluppatore indipendente con sede in Italia — admin@riftseeker.lol.

Creando un account o usando il Servizio accetti questi Termini e la nostra Informativa sulla privacy. Se non sei d'accordo, non usare il Servizio.

1. Un progetto amatoriale

RiftSeeker è uno strumento non ufficiale, creato da fan, per il gioco di carte Riftbound.

2. Requisiti

Devi avere almeno 18 anni per creare un account. RiftSeeker è pubblicata su Google Play per un pubblico adulto: include chat con altri giocatori, un Radar che condivide la tua posizione approssimativa con gli utenti vicini e pubblicità, quindi non è destinata ai minorenni. Se veniamo a sapere che un account appartiene a un minore lo eliminiamo. Un solo account per persona; sei responsabile di tutto ciò che avviene con il tuo account e della custodia delle credenziali.

3. Il tuo account

• Fornisci informazioni corrette e mantieni raggiungibile la tua email: la usiamo per avvisi di sicurezza e per verificare le richieste di cancellazione.
• I nickname non devono impersonare altre persone, marchi o Riot Games e non devono essere offensivi. Possiamo modificare o azzerare un nickname che viola queste regole.
• Puoi cancellare l'account in qualsiasi momento da Profilo → Account → Elimina account. La cancellazione è immediata e irreversibile.

4. I tuoi contenuti

Resti titolare di ciò che crei nel Servizio (dati della collezione, mazzi, liste, messaggi, annunci, note di scambio, feedback). Ci concedi una licenza non esclusiva, mondiale e gratuita per conservare, mostrare e trasmettere tali contenuti solo per far funzionare il Servizio come lo hai configurato — ad esempio mostrare la tua lista scambi pubblica ai giocatori vicini o consegnare un messaggio al destinatario. La licenza termina con la cancellazione del contenuto, salvo le copie nei backup (fino a 30 giorni) e feedback o segnalazioni conservati in forma anonima. Sei responsabile dei tuoi contenuti: non pubblicare ciò che non hai diritto di condividere.

5. Uso consentito

Ti impegni a non:

• molestare, minacciare, insultare o discriminare nessuno, né pubblicare contenuti d'odio, sessuali o violenti;
• truffare altri giocatori: descrivere in modo ingannevole carte o loro condizioni, non consegnare quanto concordato, chiedere pagamenti al di fuori dello scambio pattuito;
• impersonare un'altra persona, un negozio, un organizzatore di tornei o Riot Games;
• inviare spam, pubblicità non richiesta o richieste di amicizia, ping o messaggi ripetuti e indesiderati, né contattare tramite un altro account chi ti ha bloccato;
• diffondere dati personali altrui senza permesso (compreso dove si trovano o dove vi siete incontrati);
• usare il Servizio per scopi illegali, per scommesse o per vendere carte contraffatte;
• fare scraping o download massivi, usare bot o client non ufficiali, sondare o aggirare misure di sicurezza e limiti di frequenza, interferire con le sessioni altrui;
• abusare del programma referral (account falsi, auto-referral) o del sistema di reputazione (scambi fittizi, feedback coordinati).

6. Radar e incontri di persona

Il Radar mostra altri giocatori nelle vicinanze, solo con una distanza approssimativa. Incontrare qualcuno trovato tramite il Servizio è una tua decisione, a tuo rischio. Incontratevi in luoghi pubblici, controllate le carte prima di consegnare qualcosa, non pagate mai in anticipo e usate Segnala o Blocca se qualcosa non torna. Non siamo parte di alcuno scambio, vendita o incontro tra utenti e non possiamo verificarne l'identità.

7. Scambi, feedback e reputazione

Registro scambi e feedback sono strumenti tra utenti. Non garantiamo alcuno scambio, non custodiamo fondi e non facciamo da mediatori. I feedback devono essere onesti e riferiti allo scambio in questione; il punteggio di affidabilità è calcolato automaticamente da feedback e segnalazioni e può variare. Scambi annullati o contestati possono esserci segnalati tramite Segnala.

8. Moderazione

Gli utenti possono segnalare contenuti e altri utenti. Esaminiamo le segnalazioni e possiamo, a nostra discrezione e senza preavviso: rimuovere o nascondere contenuti, azzerare un nickname, limitare funzioni (es. Radar o chat), sospendere temporaneamente un account, oppure chiuderlo e rifiutare nuove registrazioni, in particolare per truffe, molestie, impersonazione o violazioni ripetute. Quando possibile spieghiamo il motivo; puoi fare ricorso via email entro 30 giorni. Possiamo conservare e comunicare dati quando richiesto dalla legge o per proteggere la sicurezza degli utenti.

9. Abbonamento Premium

• Premium è un abbonamento con rinnovo automatico venduto tramite Google Play (mensile o annuale). Il prezzo è mostrato nell'App prima dell'acquisto nella tua valuta; possono applicarsi imposte.
• L'addebito sull'account Google Play avviene alla conferma dell'acquisto e all'inizio di ogni periodo di rinnovo finché non annulli. Puoi annullare in qualsiasi momento da Google Play → Pagamenti e abbonamenti → Abbonamenti; l'annullamento ha effetto alla fine del periodo in corso. La cancellazione dell'account RiftSeeker non annulla l'abbonamento.
• I rimborsi sono gestiti da Google Play secondo le sue policy; il diritto di recesso, dove previsto, si applica come da legge.
• Le funzioni Premium possono cambiare; se rimuoviamo una funzione che hai pagato, potresti aver diritto a un rimborso proporzionale.
• Le ricompense referral (settimane Premium gratuite) sono un bonus discrezionale, con un tetto massimo, revocabile in caso di abuso.

10. Pubblicità

La versione gratuita mostra annunci di Google AdMob. In SEE, Regno Unito e Svizzera gli annunci compaiono solo dopo la tua scelta nella finestra di consenso, modificabile da Impostazioni → Opzioni privacy annunci.

11. Proprietà intellettuale

Software, nome, logo e design di RiftSeeker sono nostri. Riftbound, League of Legends e i relativi nomi e illustrazioni sono di Riot Games, Inc.; i dati e i prezzi delle carte provengono da fonti terze e restano loro. Non puoi copiare, modificare, decompilare o ridistribuire il Servizio salvo quanto consentito dalla legge.

12. Disponibilità, garanzie e responsabilità

Il Servizio è fornito "così com'è" e "secondo disponibilità", gratuito nelle funzioni di base, da un singolo sviluppatore. Non garantiamo che sia ininterrotto o privo di errori né che dati e prezzi delle carte siano accurati, e possiamo modificare o interrompere funzioni in qualsiasi momento. Nei limiti di legge non rispondiamo di danni indiretti o consequenziali, perdita di dati o perdite derivanti da scambi, incontri o interazioni tra utenti. Nulla in questi Termini limita la responsabilità per dolo o colpa grave né esclude i diritti dei consumatori previsti da norme inderogabili (incluso il Codice del Consumo).

13. Cessazione

Puoi smettere di usare il Servizio e cancellare l'account in qualsiasi momento. Possiamo sospendere o chiudere account ai sensi del punto 8, o interrompere il Servizio con ragionevole preavviso. I punti 4 (licenza sulle copie conservate), 11, 12 e 14 restano validi dopo la cessazione.

14. Legge applicabile e foro

Questi Termini sono regolati dalla legge italiana. Se sei un consumatore residente nell'Unione Europea, godi anche delle norme inderogabili del tuo Paese di residenza e le controversie possono essere portate davanti al giudice del tuo luogo di residenza o domicilio (in Italia, come previsto dal Codice del Consumo). Negli altri casi è competente il giudice italiano. Puoi inoltre usare la piattaforma europea di risoluzione online delle controversie, ove disponibile.

15. Modifiche ai Termini

Possiamo aggiornare questi Termini. La versione corrente è sempre su riftseeker.lol/terms. Per modifiche rilevanti ti avviseremo nell'App; continuare a usare il Servizio dopo la modifica equivale ad accettare i nuovi Termini.
